The charming cottage features warm wood floors, two inviting bedrooms downstairs, along with a spacious living area and a well-equipped kitchen. An additional bedroom upstairs offers extra comfort and privacy, accommodating at least two guests, and a beautiful view of the outdoor splendor.

Located in the Bethlehem community of Alexander County, surrounded by farm animals and farm equipment. The surrounding areas are used daily. Brand new house built 2018 with 1 bedroom and 1 bath, 760 square feet. Under a 10 minute drive to quaint downtown Hickory with plenty of shopping and historical districts nearby. Stay in and cook a warm meal while relaxing indoors or step out outside and have a seat on the bench under the covered front porch. Listen to the birds singing while flying about in the nearby tree. We personally live close to the property and will be available if you need us.
