Ida's Oasis is a beautifully spacious home with four Bedroom with 4 Queen beds and 1 King bedroom with two full bath. Large eat-in kitchen, Free Wifi and Free YouTubeTV. Beautiful hardwood floors throughout. Don't settle for a Hotel room, when you can stay in a lovely, family owned home with plenty of space & privacy where you can feel right at home. There is a refundable security deposit of $101 that will be charged 2 days before arrival and refunded 2 days after checkout if no issue occur.

Enjoy the comforts and amenities of home at 418 Spring Branch. This home accommodates eight people comfortably with three bedrooms. Fresh towels and necessities are stocked in the one and a half baths. Stream your favorite show on the 55” TV in the living room and relax on the couch. The kitchen seats eight and is fully stocked (minus the groceries) – coffee pot and air fryer, too. Don’t stress over packing or going home with dirty laundry. You can wash and dry as many loads as you’d like.

A newer home back in the pines located between Star City and Monticello. House in the Pines has 3 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms. There is a master suite with a queen bed and a bathroom with a walk-in tile shower. 1 bedroom with a queen bed, 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. There is a nice, secluded backyard with a patio, a charcoal grill, and outdoor games. This is a beautiful home in a peaceful setting! There is no TV, bring your own devices.

Koonce Original Homestead

NO PETS…Located just 6 miles south of I-530 off of HWY 79S on 50 acres. Just 1 1/2 miles from Dollar Store, 15 mins from Walmart & Chick-fil-A and 18 mins from Saracen Casino. The Space This is the original homestead. Covered parking, laundry room and lots of nature. An exterior camera, located on 50 acres. The property is NOT suitable for infants and toddlers due to the close proximity to the pond & private lake. The lake is unrestricted with no fencing or gate.
