This 17th century barn is a love note to its 1960s conversion, with all its quirky features still intact. There are no screens, the lighting is low and warm, you will not hear a sound apart from the birdsong. For some, it is heaven.

Hollins Lane is easily accessible from the house, The beautiful Churnet Valley, with steam trains, wildlife reserves are close by, Within 10 miles are Alton Towers, Splash Landings, Waterworld, Trentham Gardens, Monkey Forest and pottery museums.

The area is surrounded by nature and the perfect location to sit and watch the wildlife go by, whilst being mesmerised by the uninterrupted views of rolling countryside.
