Towels, tea-towels, soap, washing up liquid and bed linen provided along with some basic food items such as salt/pepper, teabags, coffee, sugar, squash, etc

Enjoy a tranquil getaway in our home on the canal. The living area is spacious, featuring both a pool and foosball table, whilst the kitchen is also as lovely as the rest of the home. Both bedrooms have a double bed, along with views of the canal. There is ample driveway space for multiple vehicles, and the garden is perfect for relaxation. We also offer complimentary tea, coffee, sugar, milk, butter, jams, and cereal bars. Please be aware that we have a non-smoking policy inside the property.

Downstairs offers a cosy open plan kitchen/living room area, complete with a breakfast bar and ambient lighting. Perfect for a short stay or business trip. There is one double bed upstairs and one 2-seater sofa bed downstairs in the living room, so could sleep 2 adults and 2 children. Private parking is also available for up to 2 cars.

We ensure our guests have some fresh groceries upon arrival., including tea, coffee, milk, cereal, bread, etc for a simple breakfast.
