There are two additional single beds nestled into a fun and unique cubby space for singles, kids and teenagers alike! The apartment has a fully fitted laundry and washer with self dosing detergent, free WIFI, Smart TV, Netflix account access, keyless entry and carparking. For your complete comfort all year round, hydronic heating is provided throughout for those chilly Melbourne mornings and air conditioning for summer. MIMI - Treetops is located on the first and second floors and has its own private entry. Someone who’s offsite will be available as needed St Kilda is Melbourne's beachside playground. It's renowned for its expansive view of Port Phillip, the safe, sandy beach, big skies, gorgeous sunsets, parks and gardens, great restaurants, bars and cafes, and its colourful past and present. It is a short stroll to the No 16, 96 and 12 tram routes. Complimentary Myki Melbourne Public Transport Cards are provided with about $20 credit. Please feel free to use the cards and top up any credit used. I also offer two other apartments: MIMI - Garden View and MIMI - City View, at the same location. If you have mobility issues, then I would recommend booking MIMI - Garden View.
