Our "No Pets" policy insures a pet dander-free space in consideration of guests with allergies. Therefore, our space is not suitable for ESAs.

Good value in an older building in Austin! Recently remodeled, entirely private, one bedroom, 550 square feet, with a nice sized backyard. Pets allowed with fee. Comfy king bed with soft sheets, bathroom and shower for a clean and relaxing experience. Queen size pull out bed in Living Room. Large kitchen with an eat in breakfast nook. Dog bowls in kitchen. Two A/C wall units in this apartment. one for bedroom and one for the remainder of the apartment.

The Catalina Guesthouse is a modern, spacious, and bright 2 bedroom house with plenty of outdoor space that backs up to a beautiful greenbelt area to enjoy the Austin weather. Our guesthouse was just completed in 2021 and is now ready to welcome you to Austin! We are located in a quiet neighborhood in close proximity (10-15 minutes or less) to many of the iconic Austin attractions. My husband and I live in the main house with our two dogs, Teddy and Rupert.

The shower bath also has a toilet, sink and all the amenities you will need. In the kitchenette you will have access to a sink, microwave and medium sized fridge. In addition to all that, the 45 in Smart Tv is ready for movie watching.
