The barn is located in Lifton with easy access to the coast and countryside. The nearest beach is 18 miles away, with Tavistock a short drive away. There's a pub, restaurant, a village shop and ' Strawberry Fields' voted the best large farm shop in the UK, less than two miles away. A hot tub in the barn’s private garden overlooks the stunning countryside.

On the boarder of Devon and Cornwall, nestled in the Wolf Valley and within walking distance to Roadford lake. A perfect getaway for up to 4 people with two large roomy bedrooms, a fantastic open living area and a large outdoor decking. There's a whole heap of things to do within the local area - popular excursions are; water sports on the lake, walking and cycling. NB - the annex is not suitable for under 8 (see safety info) Recently added is a three person infra-red Sauna.

Unwind in this former village church, tastefully decorated & equipped with everything you'll need to relax in this rural peaceful corner of Devon. Soak in your own private hot tub, or chill on the raised decking area watching the sheep graze & the sun set, whilst listening to your favourite music on the outdoor speakers connected to Sonos. Play it loud, there's no neighbours for 1km in any direction (except sheep!). YOU WILL BE THE ONLY GUESTS AT THE CHURCH - total privacy

Orchard Barn is in a rural location, the nearest shop restaurant/pub is 3 miles away, where EV charging is also available. We do not provide EV charging at the property. Two miles from A30 junction. The Stables is a cosy, open-plan cottage with a log burner, on the edge of the farmyard on our peaceful, working farm, along with The Granary holiday cottage, and the main farmhouse. We welcome you with a traditional Devonshire cream tea in your cottage - an essential when visiting Devon!

Plenty of parking. Beautiful view of the surrounding countryside. One bedroom but plenty of space to use the put-you-up beds and use a cot. The lounge has a double sofa bed. Own kitchen and Bathroom. Private entrance. Secluded gardens. Close to the town centre and access to the A388. Well behaved pets allowed. Access to small gym. Free WiFi.
