Guests love this cute 9x12 wood cabin set under a Texas Oak on our family estate called Deerhaven Retreat. A unique camp-like getaway in nature with a queen bed, wifi, A/C, heat, RokuTV, microwave, mini-fridge, Keurig, gas grill and private deck. Deer greet you along the path to your own reserved full bathroom— one of 3 private bathrooms located in our separate facility a short walk from your cabin. Enjoy fresh air, wildlife, and a natural Hill Country vibe that's only 8 minutes to shops/dining.

The Hilltop Stop

The Hilltop Stop is centrally located. Just 30 min to Austin/ San Antonio, 10 min to Blanco/Canyon Lake. The famous Guadalupe River is just down the road. Also close by are the amazing wineries, distilleries, breweries and many wedding venues that have been popping up all over the Hill Country. Some of the oldest dance halls in the state are just minutes away. The owners do live on the property and are there if needed. It is the perfect stop to catch your breath before your next Texas excursion.

There are boat rentals for Canyon Lake and you can go tubing or canoeing on the Guadalupe River. Other area attractions are Guadalupe State Park, Natural Bridge Caverns, Schlitterbahn, Fiesta Texas, Wimberly, Luckenbach, Whitewater Amphitheater, and Fredericksburg. This cozy unit is flooded with light from five huge windows in an airy Victorian gazebo motif. Surrounded by the serenity of live oaks, you'll surely want to stay longer! And amenities! Only a short walk or drive away are our very own Starbucks, Planet Fitness, H E B grocery store, and great library. A few blocks away you'll find a plethora of restaurants, banking, shopping, and walking. But tucked into our green, generously fenced property, you'll feel the peacefulness of country living.

Airstream Glamping Experience

The Airstream is sleek & stylish, and is equipped with everything you need to enjoy your stay. Indoor facilities include: full kitchen with oven, pantry, 3-burner stove, refrigerator/freezer; shower, toilet and sink; bedroom with queen bed & flat-screen tv; dining area; living area with comfy sofa & flat-screen TV, DVD player, AppleTV, Radio; Wi-Fi; Air Conditioning (AC) ; Heat Pump(HP)/propane heat. Outdoor facilities include a picnic table with a beautiful field view & a charcoal grill.

We are minutes from small towns and a big city that offers unique and multicultural experiences, shopping, dining, and recreation. Guadalupe River Park is easily accessible and offers water recreation, camping, and day hikes. As a working horse ranch, you will enjoy the close interactions with our animals!

This spot is a great place to relax and unplug from the busyness of life. Enjoy a stroll or hike alongside the creek, plop some chairs in the water and take in the sounds of nature. Kids enjoy exploring, wildlife and roasting marshmallows while snuggling up around a campfire. The experience is much like camping, not to be compared with a hotel.
