The Coach House was newly renovated in July 2025 with brand new air conditioning installed (for cooling/heating) and has been decorated and furnished throughout.

It is situated in Wembury, very close to Langdon Court Hotel and within easy walking distance to Wembury Beach, Church and village. It is also just by the popular South West Coast Path. There are a couple of pubs nearby and a petrol service/shop within 10 minutes drive.
