There is no private parking, but being on a slow neighborhood street means we have LOTS of street parking just out front of the house - unlimited free parking.

Our western view over the water features beautiful sunsets nightly, perfect to enjoy from the hot tub or next to the fire.

Enjoy this one-of-a-kind experience situated in the pine trees located just outside of Spokane. Featuring a cozy 400 square foot living space, with books, games, and a gas fireplace as well as a kitchenette with everything you need to make a meal for two. Finch Arboretum close to downtown Spokane (2.2 miles) and the airport (4.6 miles). It’s also close to the Fish Lake Trail if you love to run, bike, hike, or experience the outdoors. My place is great for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, families, friends, and a weekend getaway.

Our private studio Loft is brand new. It is minimalist, clean, and cozy. We are located on 5-Mile Prairie with beautiful views and a rural feel, but minutes away from anywhere in Spokane. The private entrance stairs and keypad door are located just around the side of the house. The bed is a king-sized, gel-infused, 10 inch memory foam mattress. The futon couch can be made into a twin-sized bed. You'll have access to your own full kitchen and private bathroom.
