During any sort of winter weather, 4WD or snow tires are advised to get you safely in and out of the neighborhood. The neighboring home is undergoing excavation from Apr-Sep 2026. You can expect construction noise and traffic during working hours.

We are located in North West Spokane, 10 minutes to Whitworth College, 15 minutes to downtown Spokane & 1 hour to Silverwood. We have 3 bedrooms available, plus an air bed if needed. Also your own 1/2 bath & 3/4 bath with a large sauna. There is a large 70 inch TV with cable, Ping pong table for some extra fun! Board games in the TV cabinet.
