Euphonia Residence

Euphonia Residence is a newly built accommodation located in Porto Heli, Greece combining the serenity and tranquility with a stylish way of living. The establishment of 175m2 offering two comfortable bedrooms, both with double bed (possibility in one room to prepare twin bedding). We do also provide 2 single extra bed for the children. Please note that we do encourage a maximum 4 adults + 2 children occupancy for a comfortable stay. Both rooms are equipped with a private bathroom (shower) each.

The house was made in 1862 and is 10 minutes by foot from the main port of Spetses and 12 minutes from the old harbour, where all the restaurants clubs and bars thrive of night life. The neighborhood is quite and the tall stone wall around the house provides privacy and calmness. Recently renovated inside has in front a beautiful garden with a barbeque and a comfortable traditional dining area where you can enjoy peaceful moments. The 3rd single bedroom can be used upon request for a €30/night fee, for extra privacy or for a 5th guest. A couch that turns into bed can also be used for extra 2 guests upon request with the extra charge. Fully equipped, air-conditioned, WIFI.
