It is ideal for couples, families, small groups of friends and sports enthusiasts who want the comfort, privacy and space of a real home and desire to live in the heart of nature, just a step away from the gems of the area: Assisi, Trevi, Foligno, Bevagna, Spoleto, Perugia.

Risalente al 1600, finemente ristrutturata, si trova in Umbria, nel centro storico di Spello, in una posizione privilegiata a ridosso di numerosi siti d'arte. Gode di una vista unica che spazia dal Monte Subasio ad Assisi e dalla valle di Foligno a Spoleto. Raggiungibile in macchina,dista 200m dai parcheggi.

E' un annesso di 60 mq adatto a coppie che vogliono visitare la nostra regione. Non abbiamo piscina ma abbiamo la tartufaia, il torrente, i caprioli, istrici, cinghiali, i nostri gatti e la cagnetta Moti. Nel giardino troverete erbe frutta e prodotti dell'orto. Dentro la casetta che affittiamo avrete a disposizione il nostro olio di oliva, e liquore di elicriso che produciamo noi. In realtà produciamo anche lo zafferano però questo lo vendiamo ! Naturalmente gli animali sono i benvenuti !
