Welcome to the Space Coast. Just a few miles from this chunk of paradise is the beach, Kennedy Space Center (KSC) and the KSC visitor center. You can watch a rocket launch from the back yard, beach, or many other locations. You have your own entrance and parking spot and our freshly updated guesthouse with king bed waiting for you. We offer you a spot at the backyard key west style covered bar or pool area where you can soak in the sun, watch a launch, barbecue, or just chill. Fully equipped.

Apx. 10 min to Cocoa Beach and Port Canaveral. About 45 min to Orlando, Close to Cocoa Village, and Space Center. You’ll feel as if you are at the beach in this stylish Coastal Apartment retreat. Approximately 8 miles to Cocoa Beach and other nearby attractions and outdoor experiences-bike/walk/run along Indian River Drive, stand up paddle boarding, kayaking, boating, sailing, fishing charters, Cocoa Village Playhouse, Kennedy Space Center, Brevard Zoo, Port Canaveral/cruise ships and more!

Spaceous home, only a SHORT WALK through majestic oak trees to the waterfront of our acreage property to enjoy fishing, kayaking. Watch rocket launches, sunrises, sunsets, dolphins, manatees, stingrays, variety of birds, bioluminescence at summer. Short driving to stores, restaurants and Hwy95. Only 38m to Orlando Int'l Airport. Drive 1 hour to the theme parks, 50min to Daytona Beach, 9m to NASA, 20m to Cape Canaveral Cruise Port, Cocoa Village, 25m Cocoa Beach. Send pet info for approval.

Island Casita

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located guest house. Minutes from the Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach, only 40 minutes from Orlando. A great place to stay before going on a cruise out of Port Canaveral. You can watch the rocket launches right from the front yard or on the dock where we have a paddle board and kid kayaks available. We also have beach cruisers available upon request and a basketball hoop. Behaved pets welcome. (Please check with us prior to bringing a cat)

Riverfront, Gym, W/D, Dock, NO Chores

2 bedrooms each with a queen size memory foam mattress and a fold out couch in the living room. 3 smart TVs and high speed internet are included. Sunsets from the sun room, coffee on our private dock, daily dolphin sightings. The river view retreat is located directly above the garage (1 flight of stairs to enter). 15 miles to cruise ships & NASA/17 miles to cocoa beach. NO PARTIES! Additional guests allowed with prior approval. Hosts live on site. Free parking on site for 2 cars.

Poolside Paradise

Take it easy at this poolside resort getaway. Relax on your very own porch w/2 roll down screens. Enjoy outdoor cabana w/propane fire pit. The gazebo w/grill & tools (in kitchen). You have access to our pool / floats under side table on porch, (we normally don’t use the pool w/guests), towel/clothes hanger, lay on 1 of 3 loungers. Use of outdoor shower. Possibly you can also watch a space launch (weather permitted) coming over the trees looking north, poolside. No kids! No pets!

A restful spot to unwind, go fishing, or work remotely w HIGH Speed internet. Visit Playalinda Beach, with miles of protected beaches, just 13 miles from the guesthouse - and 5 miles to the Indian River w public boat ramps. Spacious private guesthouse, 9 foot ceilings, with lots of natural light! Great Location!

Studio under the oaks 1-mile to river

Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located studio apartment under the oaks. Minutes from river front eateries, night life with live music, skydiving, golfing, canoe and kayak rental, boat and jet ski rental, chartered fishing, hiking, Mel Fishers treasure museum, 15 minutes to Wabasso beach. Or stay in, use the grill, and sit by the fire pit.

Bright, open, clean, and tropical. This private space has hardwood floors and all the amenities for a comfortable relaxing stay including an outdoor partially covered tropical bathroom facility. Everythig is walking distance from a nice neighborhood park and the Atlantic Ocean with beach access is an 8-10 min walk. It is very private.
