Great Mountain View’s A mile from the town of Julian Glamping this time of year maybe limited due to weather. If you would like to request a reservation please message us for your dates and we will hold the dates for you. We will let you know a week in advance of weather conditions so you can make the reservation on our calendar. Constellation Glamp at Deer Ravine

It can be hot between 12pm-6pm during Jul & Aug. evenings are cool. Enjoy abundant wildlife and stars galore. The Glamp is a shoeless tent. Enjoy luxurious glamping in a 16x20 canvas tent w/king size hand-hewn log bed, queen sofa sleeper, and opulent bed linens. Includes private deck with sink, propane grill, and propane fire pit, and private bathroom/hot shower and an eco-friendly composting toilet. For your convenience there is a fridge, microwave, TV, and a Keurig. Leave No Trace site.

Desert Dreamers Den

Nestled right into the crevice of the mountain, this cozy canvas tent for two is perfect for that little getaway. Situated on a Trex deck, you’ll enjoy your cozy slumber on two cots, with memory foam mattresses and space under the cot for personal belongings. Deck chairs too! Lanterns & power bank inside. Outside cozy sitting area. Enjoy this serene sunset view, star gazing & wake up to the gorgeous sunrise. MUST schedule your check in. Do NOT just show up. Call/text prior to arrival.

Sacred Space Campsite

Our Sacred Space Site is nestled into the landscape of native chaparral shrubs. Enjoy the quiet and abundance of wildlife! Water jugs will be provided & composting toilets are a short walk away. Sites are approximately a 5 minute hike-in/hike-out over uneven ground from parking. Our property can get unpredictably windy so please be aware and bring appropriate gear! Our local beach is a short 15 minute drive from the property where there is access to showers, picnicking, & beach activities.

Luxury Glamping - Couples Retreat

Tucked under a grove of oak trees, and encircled by manzanita trees, sits "Manzanita Cove". A private glamping site that contains everything you will need for an amazing experience! Spring flowers paint the hills of the Central Coast. Warm days and crisp nights make spring a great time to enjoy the beauty of the wildflowers and wild life of the the back canyons. Enjoy the peace and solitude of the Central Coast back country in this 10ft x 12ft furnished wall tent. Enjoy the magnificent sunset over the vibrant greens, pinks and yellows of springtime in the back canyons. Temperatures average mid 60s/70s in the daytime and upper 40s/low 50s at night.

This is a camping space with a tent provided. You have access to bathroom and shower, and washer and dryer if you need. Designed for 2 people. Fire pit and Gas Grill available for use. You need to bring your sleeping gear, cooking items, and will enjoy a sky full of stars. Our property is peppered with a bit of the Old West; great antiques to check out on the grounds. A nice 5 acre parcel fenced and 3/4 of a mile off of the freeway.
