La'l Riggs is a former outbuilding we converted in 2025. Surrounded by fields and fells, it's an ideal base for exploring the many beautiful locations within easy reach, including the North Pennines National Landscape, the Yorkshire Dales and the Lake District. The Eden Valley is primarily walking country, and there's an excellent choice of routes in the area. The village is a 15 minute walk away, and has a bar/restaurant, two cafes and a chippy, as well as a shop for everyday groceries.

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top

The Chicken Shed at Knowle Top was newly built in 2019 on the ruins of an old barn and decorated to the highest standards of industrial chic. Situated in a most unique location, high on the Ribble Valley side of Lancashire’s iconic Pendle Hill, it sits surrounded by sheep pastures where hare and fox come to say good-night. Despite this rural idyll, we’re only a five minute car drive from Clitheroe, one of the North-West’s nicest market towns. The views will take your breath away!

On the outskirts of Winton in the beautiful Cumbrian countryside in AONB is our 2 bedroom/4 person (including children) holiday cottage. This cottage is the perfect place to relax and unwind. Please note there are quiet hours from 10pm to 8am. Hot tub can be used at anytime
