Hakoniemi - Old log house in Northern Saimaa

”Hako” stands for a spruce tree or a tree lying in the swamp or in the water, waiting for clearing. Hakoniemi is a coniferous peninsula in North Karelia, located in the inland archipelago of Northern Saimaa. The creative space in Rääkkylä, Oravisalo, provides a framework for working and leisure, combining creativity and nature.The 1925s old farm has got a new life as a center of creative activity where you can organize workshops, events, marketing projects and tourist and accommodation services.

Kapasiteetti; kesällä 16(8+8) ja talvella 10(8+2) henkilöä. Hinta sisältää lakanat + pyyhkeet (pakettihinta 8:lle). Skootteri ja moottorikelkka lisämaksusta. Peace and harmony at Pikkumökki-cottage

Pikkumökki-cottage is a cosy, traditional log cottage with a magnificent view over the lake Saimaa. The cottage has an open common area (livingroom and kitchenette) and a sleeping alcove. Sauna is in the same building with an own entrance. There is no shower, but you wash yourself with a refreshing lakewater. There is no watertoilet, but traditional dry eco toilet in a separate building. A big terrace and a grill for barbeque. There is a small bungalow next to the cottage, with beds for two.

Kaislan Tila

Kaislan Tila sijaitsee maalla, 22km Mikkelistä pohjoiseen. Asumme tilan päärakennuksessa ja pihapiirissä on 65m2 erillinen asunto. Tilalla on eläimiä ja ympärillä tuhansien järvien Itä- Suomi sekä luonnonantimiltaan rikkaat metsäalueet. Läheinen järvi tarjoaa harrastemahdollisuuksia, ongintaa, uintia, veneilyä yms. Metsissä on voi samoilla, marjastaa, sienestää ja vain nauttia rauhallisuudesta sekä hiljaisuudesta. Talvella voi lumikenkäillä sekä hiihtää ja luistella olosuhteiden salliessa.

Pihlaja-ahon alpakkalomat

Narisevat puulattiat, puilla lämpiävät tulisijat ja vankat hirsiseinät. Yli 100-vuotiaalla Pihlaja-ahon torpalla voisi luullaa tipahtaneensa keskelle Suomi-Filmin kohtausta. Jos siis kaipaat vanhan ajan maalaistunnelmaa, niin olet tullut oikeaan paikkaan. Pihlaja-ahon torpalla pääset viettämään ainoana tilana Suomessa ainutlaatuista alpakkalomaa. Torpan 1,3 ha:n luonnonniittyjä laiduntaa kolme kilttiä alpakkapoikaa, joiden helposta hoidosta vastaat itsenäisesti ja oman aikataulusi mukaan.

Yöveden Ateljeekoti

Yöveden Ateljeekoti toimii Mikkelin Himalansaaressa vuonna 1893 valmistuneessa entisessä kansakoulussa. Majoittujien käytössä on keittiö, ruokasali, eteishalli, sininen kuisti, tv-tila, kaksi wc:tä suihkutila sekä 1-5 makuuhuonetta sekä kaksi piha-aittaa. Aitoissa on sähköt ja ne ovat talviasuttavia, ja kesällä mukavan viileitä. Lisävuoteita saatavilla. Pihassa on tilava, katettu kesäkeittiö ja suuri ruokapöytä. Käytettävissä hiiligrilli ja kaasumuurikka.

Come be our guest and visit our beautifully restored old house “Väentupa,” located on the grounds of historical Putkisalo manor and sheep farm. The house has three bedrooms, a comfortable living room and other cozy spaces to relax in. A fully-equipped kitchen and sauna are also in our guests’ use. Here you can experience an authentic taste of life on a sheep farm.
