Welcome to Urban Solo “Simply Yours”, a calm and thoughtfully designed tiny-home studio for solo travellers who value privacy and convenience. Set in a quiet pocket of Bull Creek, this space feels entirely your own. Enjoy a private entry, queen bed, TV, air-conditioning, and daily essentials. A simple kitchen includes a fridge, microwave, kettle, and utensils for light meals. Next door is “The Pod”, another solo tiny home, and the owner lives onsite, offering security while respecting privacy.

A little luxury studio.

This is a unique spacious studio that has a style all its own. Our studio has all the creature comforts, King Koil Chiro mattress, beautiful cotton bamboo sheets, TV in the bedroom as well as a 55cm TV in the lounge area. Comfort plus sofa, and a fully functional kitchen with dishwasher. We have a washing machine for your convenience too. This annex is close to public transport, Jandakot airport, Fiona Stanley hospital, shopping centres and ARC sports centre. We have free parking available in our drive.
