La Stanza dell'Acqua è una luminosa camera matrimoniale con vista sui Sassi e con alta volta a botte per metà soppalcata. Può ospitare sino a 4 persone comodamente. Un antico letto in ferro battuto e un cassettone in legno di noce caratterizzano l’arredo sobrio e delicato. Sul soppalco in legno della stanza sono stati posizionati due letti singoli. It is not a B&B, nor a hotel, it is a real house where I live and where I welcome my guests like old friends with whom I share a love for art, travel and the diversity of cultures.

Il giardino dispone di una vasca idromassaggio condivisa a forma di barca calda a marzo, aprile, settembre e ottobre. C'è un letto matrimoniale, cassaforte, aria condizionata, bagno privato, balcone vista mare e ingresso indipendente.
