Central Petersfield/South Downs Boutique Lodge

Converted in 2018, Grade II listed The Lodge at Bridge House is a boutique, self-contained, 2 storey accommodation in central Petersfield, a market town in the heart of the South Downs. Attached to our family home but with private entrance and off-street parking, The Lodge offers guests a stylish living/dining area, a comfortable galleried king bedroom upstairs and outdoor seating area. The spacious annex has a separate guest entrance and off-street parking. Guests can use the private patio and there are facilities for breakfast of toast & cereal (included). Located down a private drive in the heart of Liphook within walking distance of many local amenities (3 pubs, supermarket, cinema, take aways). The train station is only a 7 minute walk away and a 2 minute walk from a bus stop. We are on the edge of the South Downs National Park with some stunning walks from the house.

This beautiful, newly renovated, studio barn is a perfect break for couples, families, walkers, cyclists and runners alike. Mainline station with direct trains to Gatwick and London Victoria. DOGS are only allowed if booked in, at a charge of £15 per stay. No cats.

South Downs Way Loft ( Tinpots)

The Loft We’re situated a stones throw from the South Downs Way, approximately half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is a bright & comfortable studio. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for, a Z bed is available on request. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, 2 comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.

Shower room, kitchen area with microwave, coffee machine, fridge, air fryer, bike store. Beautiful scenic walks, cycle routes. Near to Liphook, Haslemere, Milland, Goodwood, Midhurst, Cowdray, West Wittering beach. Rural yet 3 mins by car from station, shops and a great pub. It’s a lovely place.

Modern self contained 2 bedroom annex set at the foot of the South Downs, in a countryside location. Perfect for walkers, wedding guests and business professionals alike, situated along the South Downs Way walk, 30 minutes drive from Gatwick, Chichester (Goodwood) and Brighton. Apartment layout is all on the ground floor, so easy access and no stairs to climb. Having a car is highly recommended due to our rural village location. Private parking available on drive.

The Bothy at Days

One bedroom self-catering holiday accommodation, in a converted stables within the flint-walled courtyard of a charming Grade II listed 18th century farmhouse on the edge of the South Downs National Park. Across the road from Fontwell Park Racecourse and close to Goodwood. Within close walking distance of a Mini Waitrose and a pub with excellent food by the Fontwell Roundabout. 3 miles from Barnham station with taxis and frequent trains to Gatwick and London.

Bright and spacious ground floor double bedroom, beautifully decorated with en-suite shower room & private access leading onto the patio & secluded shared family garden. Part of a converted Victorian School which is now a family home. Tea and coffee making facilities provided, kettle, toaster and fridge. The house is a 5 minute walk into Billingshurst, a pretty village at the heart of beautiful West Sussex, with great pubs, cafes, supermarket and shops.

This is a very cosy self contained annex, consisting of a double bedroom with ensuite. There is a kettle, mini fridge, toaster and microwave, but no other cooking facilities. One towel per person is supplied. Fresh croissants and home made jam included and brought to your door in the mornings on certain days of the week. This does rather depend on what time I have to go out in the morning, but often we can agree on a time. Please do enquire.
