South Congress Apartment

Our apartment is perfect for the budget traveler. It's very clean and with about 500 square feet it is spacious enough for 2 guests, although there is a fold out couch if you need it. Be sure to use the pillow top and comforter located on top of the bookshelf next to the couch. My wife and I lived here before buying the main house on the property. It was a great place to live and gave us many happy years. I'm sure you will love it too! Located near Congress and Riverside, just a few blocks away from longtime Austin establishments such as Guero's Taco Bar, The Continental Club, Allen's Boots, and many other amazing restaurants, shops and music venues. The South Congress bridge, where the bats emerge at sunset every evening from March to October, is just a few more blocks away and leads directly into the downtown area only a mile from our apartment, all within walking distance. You can pick up the hike and bike trail at the bridge as well, and it runs for many miles around Lady Bird Lake. Public bike rentals are within a five minute walk on Congress Avenue. There is plenty of parking on the street in front of our house.

It is set up as a studio, with a comfortable queen bed, small kitchenette, Amazon Fire TV w/ Amazon Prime, High-Speed Wifi, full bathroom, & electronic keypad entry. This cottage has one shared wall with the main house, but is a separate dwelling with its own entrance & no shared facilities. This space can also be booked with sister cottages on the property if needed. Luggage storage available.

Walkable to Zilker Park/Barton Springs. Perfect for solos, romantic for couples. PLEASE NOTE: 1. House next door is under construction. Best for those exploring during the day to avoid noise. 2. The porch and casita are shoe-less. 3. A cat sometimes lazes on the porch 4. Bikes and scooters are rentable nearby

SoCo Love Loft

New guest house built in back of main house accessible by the back alley. Close to South Congress shopping area. Its completely separate from the front house , has one bedroom and a full bath downstairs with a full kitchen and living room upstairs. The kitchen has a combination microwave / convection oven and a two burner electric induction hot plate in the cabinets. All kitchen utensils , pots and pans, drip coffe maker , and electric kettle Are included in the kitchen. Pets under 25 lbs.

Modern and Cozy South Austin Studio

This is a newly renovated garage turned into a modern and beautiful studio. This space is completely private from the main house, with a private entrance and cozy patio. It can sleep 4 people, although the space would be a little tight for 4 adults. There is a king sized bed, and a sleeper sofa which can be used together as a full sized, or option to separate into 2 twins. The shower bath also has a toilet, sink and all the amenities you will need. In the kitchenette you will have access to a sink, microwave and medium sized fridge. In addition to all that, the 45 in Smart Tv is ready for movie watching.
