Welcome to our home away from home! My husband and I have poured a lot of love into this place so that it can be somewhere that is welcoming for all. We value peace, tranquility and comfort and have a deep sense of connection to the beach and ocean. All year round, Bethany is a special place with great food and great people. We are an easy bike ride, walk or short 1 mile drive to the beach and about 15 minutes from Rehoboth, Dewey and Ocean City. We look forward to welcoming you to our home!

This 3-bedroom, 2.5 bathroom townhome has views of the golf course and is in the beachside sanctuary of Salt Pond in Bethany Beach. Community amenities include an outdoor pool, tennis and pickleball courts, volleyball and basketball courts. Enjoy the newly renovated first-floor primary ensuite bedroom, while your guests find solace in the two additional bedrooms and full bathroom upstairs. Also, on a first floor is a half bath, washer & dryer, fully equipped kitchen, screened porch and patio.

You will be close to everything when you stay in this centrally-located home. The rear deck and grill are great for enjoying time outside. There's a fenced rear yard, making this home a perfect choice for man's best friend. We welcome dogs of any breed, size, and weight. We do offer size-specific pet amenities, so please share a photo of your dog when booking, or provide a basic description so we can set out appropriate amenities. For those traveling with cats, please inquire before booking.

Nestled in the back of the property, it offers a comfy queen bed, AC, small heater, a mini fridge, Keureg style coffee maker, in room toilet, outside shower and sink with hot water, private patio, clean linens and towels. Backyard has sitting areas and chimnea with firewood provided. Quiet neighborhood. Bethany Beach -10 min drive, Rehoboth-25 min. Beach gear available. TY. The property is comfortable, stylish, and well-appointed. ! It's immaculately clean, very nicely decorated, and well-stocked. The condo is in a family-friendly community. Just 2 miles from downtown Bethany and the beach. We have a sunlit end unit - 3 bedrooms, 2 1/2 baths, and a loft. It sleeps 8. Each bedroom has a queen-size bed, and the loft has a pull-out sofa. There is a small deck off the back. A community pool is just 100 yards away and is open from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
