Petite Chateau is a listed manor house dating from 1820, privately set within 7 acres of mature gardens on the outskirts of Ayr. It was once named Scotland’s prettiest house. Surrounded by peaceful countryside yet conveniently close to Ayr’s many attractions, the property is a short drive for enjoying beautiful beaches, renowned golf courses, Ayr racecourse, Culzean Castle, Robert Burns attractions, Brig o’ Doon, and many other local treasures. Our Bru Bus is a quirky, unique place to stay. It easily hosts a family of 5. With 3 bedrooms upstairs, ample living space downstairs, a galley kitchen, kitchen bar & booth table, large sofa 'lounging' area with TV, games, DVDs & books. Its bathroom boasts walk-in shower and compost loo which is accessed through the old emergency exit. The original cab is still in place and the porch means you can keep the weather and muddy outdoor gear separate. Come and enjoy something really special!

Whether you're looking for a one night business stopover, a couple of nights to attend a wedding at the Brig O'Doon, or a self catering holiday break, Doonbank Cottage's Bothy offers an exclusive, flexible & private accommodation. The Bothy is a beautifully presented & spacious, one bed detached house. Set in 4 acres of woodland on the banks of the River Doon & forming part of Doonbank Cottage's woodland garden, it is a very peaceful and quiet location. One (medium sized) dog allowed.

Get away from it all when you stay in the Wee Beach Hut a custom build shepherds hut with its own enclosed area surrounded by farmland .The beach is a 5 minute walk. Perfect for kayaking,paddle boarding or just plain old swimming. Go wild in the water or sit and sip a sundowner on the decking. Surrounded by fields there can on occasion be farm smells and sounds of tractors sowing,spreading or harvesting.

The Signal Box is a cosy retreat to switch off in nature. On the edge of Galloway Forest Park and within the UNESCO Biosphere, it’s surrounded by wildlife. Culzean Castle and Country Park is a 40-min drive. Nearby, wild swimming is available at Girvan Beach, Galloway Forest Park, and the Water of Minnoch in Glen Trool. Galloway Forest highlights include scenic trails, Bruce’s Stone, and the Red Deer Range. On the edge of the Dark Sky Park, it’s perfect for stargazing.
