This idea has nurtured and maturing for several years. We started building these four houses in january '17 and they will be finish in march '18 The old Faroese houses are agreeabel to the overall Faroese landscape, and we therfore naturally targeted this ancient construction/building method. The ground floor: kitchen and living room in one. End a bathroom. Top floor: one master bedroom, intended for two grown-ups and an additonal open space aple to sleep two additional grown-ups. The view from the house is regarded among the very best in the Faroe Islands. Huset er beliggende i bygden Sørvåg, 2 km fra lufthavnen, med enestående udsigt over havet. Huset byder på opholdsrum med køkken, hyggekrog og sofagruppe, der kan bruges som sovesofa til 2 personer. De 2 værelser er med to senge i hvert rum. Badeværelse er med vaskemaskine og tørretumbler. I bygden er der bla. café, købmand og en hyggelig lystbådehavn. Med 10 min til Bøur har du den flotteste udsigt til Tintholm, herfra kan du fortsætte til Gåsedal, som byder på flot udsigt, natur og café.

Hyggelig lejlighed i smukke Sørvágur med egen indgang. Der er 1 soveværelse med 2 enkeltsenge, et stort badeværelse og en stue med sovesofa. Et lille hjørne rummer køleskab, elkedel, kaffemaskine, paninigrill og mikroovn. Der er tallerkener og kopper. Lejligheden ligger kun 2 minutters kørsel fra Vágar Lufthavn og har en fantastisk udsigt over Mykines. Et perfekt sted for ro og afslapning tæt på naturen, ideelt for par, små familier eller rejsende i rolige omgivelser og enestående udsigt

Ny og hyggelig hytte

The house is completely renovated. we have our goose walking right outside the house. The airport is within walking distance. It takes about 10 minutes to walk to the airport. 5 minutes walking distance to our local grocery store. About 15 min walking distance to the ferry Jósup to Mykines. There are 2 bedrooms with each dobbel bed. There are good view from the house Its very beautyfull to see the airplane so close. Its easy to come to the house, it’s only one step up to the front door.

Charming old house with a stunning panoramic view

This newly renovated house was originally built in the 1940s and offers a stunning view of the village of Sørvágur and a terrace overlooking Tindhólmur and Mykines. It has three bedrooms, one small bathroom, and a combined kitchen and living room. It is located in a private and quiet area yet close to scenic areas such as Gásadalur, Bøur, Bøsdalafossur and Fjallavatn. Supermarket and public transportation are within walking distance. 2 km from the airport 1 km from the ferry to Mykines.

Turf cottage by breathtaking Múlafossur waterfall

Lundi Cottage is one of the Múlafossur Cottages located by the world-renown waterfall in the village Gásadalur on the Faroe Islands. It is only a 10-20min drive from the only airport on the islands, shops and cafes as well as some of the most astounding Faroese sceneries such as Drangarnir, Tindhólmur and the lake Sørvágsvatn/Leitisvatn. We promise a truly magical and secluded place, with sights of sheep, birds and highland cows - all nestled by the river that leads down to the waterfall.

This brandnew apartement is apprx 40m2, and consist of an entrance hall, bedroom with a double bed, batroom with shower, a combined kitchen and livingroom. The apartment is located in Sørvágur, with a great wiev over Sørvágsfjord and the Island og Mykines. It is located just 2 min drive from the airport, and a few minutes drive to Gásadalur, Múlafoss, Sørvágsvatn, Trælanýpa, and the ferry to Mykines, and boattrips are just a few minutes away. There are good parking conditions.

Tiny house in Bóndansbeiti (in the garden)

Enjoy a peaceful experience in this guesthouse in the old village. built in 2020, in Scandinavian style. 5 minute drive to the airport, 15 minute walk to the ferry to Mykines and 10 minute drive to Gásadalur. The local shop is right around the corner. bus-stop close by. the room comes with a small kitchen, bed is 140x200 cm, bathroom with shower and rest area. and there is possible at park a small to normal car, right outside.

Velkommen til en fredelig oase i den færøske natur. I vores hyggelige campingvogn bor I tæt på naturskønne steder som Mykines, Bøur og Gásadalur. Nyd udsigten til hav, bjerge, får og fugle. Lufthavnen og smukke gåture ligger tæt på. Campingvognen er fast placeret ved huset og er udstyret med sengetøj, håndklæder, køleskab, varme, strøm, toilet og bruser. I har fri adgang til alt i campingvognen – inkl. kaffe og thé.

Løðupakkhúsið - Historical Warehouse - Mid Floor

Enjoy a stay steeped in history in a renovated 100-year-old Faroese warehouse on the water’s edge in the local harbour. Fully renovated in 2019, Løðupakkhúsið features all modern amenities while preserving the traditional features of the house with original exposed beams, neutral tones and wooden flooring. The house is fully heated from a local renewable energy source - the sea water.

Gásadalur Apartments "A" @ World famous waterfall

New unique apartment situated in Gásadalur next to the world famous waterfall "Múlafossur" There are beds for 6 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, oven, stove, microwave oven, coffee maker etc. Wi-Fi and TV is also available. There is also ventilation in the house ensuring continuous "Fresh air from the North Atlantic" Privat parking is behind the house.
