The Studio Somers

Once a beach shack, became an artist’s studio, then rescued as a comfortable home and holiday escape, close to the beach and Somers General Cafe. A wonderful place to sit and relax, walk on the beach or explore local wineries and farm produce. In order to safely manage the conditions brought with COVID (and maintain our low tariff) we introduced a 3 night minimum. We are now able to offer a 2 night stay but this is at a higher rate than a stay for 3 nights or more. Please enquire for the rate.

Renovated villa with everything you need. Spacious living spaces, smart TV & DVD, Bluetooth speaker, also includes study nook. Enjoy cooking in the fabulous kitchen, plenty of bench space, kettle, toaster etc. Soak in the spa bath or enjoy the rain shower. Comfy king size bed includes TV in master, there is also a 2nd bedroom with bunk beds. A quiet peaceful area with sunny courtyard. A 10 minute walk to Main Street Mornington, parks, shops superb restaurants, pubs, cafes, parks, scenic walks and historic landmarks. Both units allow families & friends to reconnect with loved ones in a animal family-friendly place. Both have access to the playground, trampoline & animals: sheep, goats, alpaca, ducks, chicken, dogs & guinea pig. 10 mins to The Big Goose, Moonlit Sanctuary, Dinosaur World, Funky Farm, 15 to Mornington, Hastings & Vineyards

If you are booking for only 2 people you are booking ONE room and the other bedroom will be locked. Looking for a break away from reality. The apartment is walking distance to wonderful cafes, shops & across the road from the most beautiful beach on the Peninsula. Great walks up into Sweetwater Creek or along the boardwalk. The space is fully self contained with a great kitchen if you’d prefer to eat in. The gateway to the Mornington Peninsula to explore the extensive wineries in the region.

Come and stay at this newly built beach house on Phillip Island in the beautiful beachside town of Rhyll. It has 3 bedrooms that sleep 8 guests and well behaved pets are also welcome. Both heating and cooling is available, including a new wood heater for chilly winter nights. The front and left of the house feature a large undercover timber deck with outdoor lounge and dining options. The yard is fully secured with a front fence height of 1.2m. The driveway accommodates up to 4 cars

Fig cottage is a short walk to the wonderful beach and cafes of Dromana and a short drive to the delightful wineries of Red Hill. The cottage boasts a wood heater, TV, Wi-Fi, coffee machine and laundry. The two bedrooms sleep 5 with comfortable mattresses and the cottage has a renovated bathroom. The enclosed shady garden has an eating area in the alley at the side of the house with a bbq. Inside or outside Fig Cottage is comfortable and cosy for adults, children and pets alike

Our two-story home on the highest point at Tyrone beach and is only 3 mins from beautiful Tyrone beach, 10 mins to the popular Peninsula Hot Springs. Slide open the doors and wake up to a wonderful bay view, take a morning walk along one of the Peninsula's best beaches or sit on the huge deck with a book taking in uninterrupted panoramic water view.
