This 130 years old cottage is about 90 m2. It's modern, however furnished in a way to give a cosy atmosphere. Beautiful area, a crystal clear lake for bathing 200 m away, bordering a nature reserve to enjoy nature. The sea at the dock ~ 700m. 30 mins to Stockholm by "Waxholmboat", bus or car. Newly built apartment, 18 minutes by train from Stockholm city. It is located within our house and has a separate entrance. Our neighbourhood is very nice, close to Näsby Castle with beautiful walking trails. We have good commercial service at Näsby Park Centrum and a heated outdoor public swimming pool at Norskogsbadet in the summer. Djursholm golf course is nearby and there is several large playgrounds close to us. Täby Centrum 2 km from our house is one of the best shopping malls in Sweden.

The apartment is in a nice and quiet area next to central station, airport transportation. Within 10 minutes walk you can reach the downtown shopping streets with a lot of malls, restaurants, bars and night clubs. The city hall, old town and royal palace are also within the walking distance. There is a subway station Rådhuset just outside the door. The flat is 40 square meters with great views, the bedroom has a 180 cm double bed and balcony. There is a 160 cm bed sofa in the living room.
