Casa Loma, brand new independent house with garden

Casa Loma is a brand new 60 m2 house in Villaverde, surrounded by volcanoes and 15 min drive from the ocean. It offers a patio to eat outside and to relax after the day at the beach. The house is formed by a fully equipped kitchen/living room, a bedroom and a bathroom. On demand the sofa can become a single bed. THE LOCATION We are in Villaverde, a nice authentic village close to the main touristic attractions. Close to some of the best restaurants, there is a bakery and a supermarket at 500m.

Casa Perenquén

Casa Perinquén es un apartamento con encanto, situado en la zona sur de la isla, por lo que gozamos del mejor clima. Su ubicación es ideal, está a 6 minutos caminando de la playa, de la avenida marítima peatonal y de la zona de restaurantes. Estamos a unos 15mins caminando del centro del pueblo. Es un apartamento reformado, dentro de una edificación antigua, aportando así carácter y buena ubicación. Es ideal para relajarse, no hacer nada o para usarla de base para recorrer esta isla tan bonita.

Wunderschöne authentische Finca in dem ruhigen Dorf La Pared. Diese Finca ist die perfekte Unterkunft für alle, die ihren Urlaub auf ruhige und authentische Art und Weise verbringen möchten. Die Finca bietet viel Privatsphäre und Ruhe. Die geräumige und windgeschützte Terrasse lädt zum Entspannen, Lesen eines Buches oder einfach zum Genießen der Sonne ein. La Pared befindet sich nur wenige Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt vom größeren Ort Costa Calma weshalb wir unbedingt ein Mietauto empfehlen.

Encuentra el momento de tranquilidad y magia siente el mar como en un barco, te quedaras asombrado contemplando las islas (Lobos y Lanzarote) desde este atico.Esta muy bien ubicado en el pueblo de Corralejo,a pocos metros del puerto deportivo que ofrece gran variedad de excursiones y deportes acuaticos.Todo cercano para ir andando: ocio gastronomico,tiendas,supermercados,centro de salud.. Ayudare a que vuestra estancia sea lo mas agradable posible con total cercania y disposicion; os espero!!

Das traumhaftes komplett neu renovierte Casa Alfonso liegt direkt am goldenen Sandstrand von Costa Calma in der privaten und sehr gepflegten Anlage Palmeras Playa. Auf zwei Etagen können hier zwei Personen ihren unvergesslichen Urlaub verbringen. Zu Ihrer Sicherheit wurden 2 vernetzte Rauch- und Kohlenmonixid-Sensoren installiert. Eine große Auswahl an Restaurants & Cafés, zwei Supermärkten, Bäcker und andere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten befinden sich in direkter Nähe und sind fußläufig zu erreichen.

This sun filled house is not just a mere living space. The magnificent views to the sea and the surrounding volcanic mountains, the large windows and the symmetric lines, turn it into the perfect retreat to relax, unwind and connect with the unique beauty of the island. Its careful refurbishment was made thanks to the contribution and creative input of my cousin, the captain. All the woodwork and the lighting fixtures are designed and custom made in his studio located in the neighborhood.

Der Bungalow hat 98 m² und wurde soeben aufwendig und sehr hochwertig renoviert. Er verfügt über 1 Schlafzimmer, 2 Bäder, ein großes Wohn-Esszimmer, eine Küche und sehr geschmackvoll ausgestattet. Eine große, uneinsehbare Innenterrasse mit großem Jacuzzi, Liegen und einem Sitz-Loungebereich laden Sie zum Verweilen ein. Im Wohn- und Schlafzimmer finden Sie jeweils einen Flachbildfernseher mit deutschen/internationalen Fernseh- und Radioprogrammen.

El apartamento cuenta con todo tipo de comodidades y si necesitaras algo yo estaré encantada de atenderte y ayudarte, incluso con toda la información necesaria para disfrutar de toda esta maravillosa isla, si es que decides salir a explorar. El patio es compartido conmigo y con tres gatos encantadores y cariñosos. También Kira, mezcla de labrador te dará la bienvenida.
