The Hut on the Brett

Our shepherd’s hut is situated in a private part of our garden on the banks of the River Brett in the historic village of Lavenham, a two-minute walk from the Market Place with its Medieval Guildhall and Little Hall, a 14th century hall house. Lavenham has much to offer with its listed buildings, independent shops, restaurants, pubs and two small but well-stocked supermarkets. Footpaths make it easy to access the surrounding countryside and enjoy views of the village and its magnificent church.

Henham Barns wedding venue 3 miles away and Thorington outside theatre within walking distance, nature reserve and marsh a 2 minute walk, ideal for wildlife and bird watching. Two pubs nearby. Within the catchment area for Sizewell - 20 minutes by car.

The Stables is in a beautiful peaceful part of Suffolk, on the River Deben, with footpaths, wild swimming, pubs within walking distance, birdwatching, views for artists, and fabulous lanes for cycling. Perfect for paddle boarders and kayaks too. The Stables have been converted into a cosy country cottage with contemporary furnishings, fitted kitchen, bedroom with super king bed, en suite bathroom, shower room, wood burner, 2 TVs and wifi, books and games, and tennis court (by arrangement).

Nestled in beautiful quiet countryside, a short drive from the coast, and Aldeburgh, Thorpeness, Orford.

Kiln House is a quality holiday home at Snape Maltings, home of the Aldeburgh Festival, with shops, galleries. cafes, excellent pub, and plenty of free parking. The colourful seaside town of Aldeburgh is just 15 minutes drive. Interiors are spacious and sociable with the ground floor wrapping round from the living room to the dining room, kitchen and office. Three modern bath/shower rooms for the three bedrooms give added privacy for all guests, with beds being king, double and single.

With onsite parking and lots of outside space there is sunset and sunrise field views. Framlingham has a lovely selection of eateries and traditional pubs as well as a twice weekly farmers market that supplements this special town.

Close to Long Melford, Clare, Lavenham, Sudbury, Bury St. Edmunds and Newmarket. Countryside walks, river Stour, cycling and antique shops galore. Why not go to Cambridge or racing at Newmarket.

Moo Cottage is a perfect location for a peaceful break where you can relax, be comfortable and feel warmly welcomed.

The Knox

An L-shaped single story private dwelling with 'bi-fold' doors overlooking a secluded sunny courtyard with ornamental pond. A large drive covered by CCTV, and can accommodate several large vehicles (not lorries). Tradies welcome. Suitable for upto 4 adults. No children under the age of 8 years and babies in arms allowed. Not suitable for people with mobility issues or wheelchair users. Sorry but no pets. Furnished to high standard and fully equipped.

The Coach House - Annex close to Woodbridge

Large studio space on 2 floors set in a beautiful garden and with its own private garden . Rural village location but close (1.5 Miles) to Woodbridge Historic Waterfront Market Town. Tennis court & outdoor pool . Both usable by prior arrangement & Pool subject to being up & running (Normally 1st June - 31st August). Electric bike hire available in Woodbridge. Excellent base to explore Suffolks beautiful towns, villages and coastal areas .
