Welcome to the River House! Stay in our renovated home on the Choptank River of MD's Eastern Shore, with your own low-tide beach and magnificent sunsets. We offer a peaceful location and thoughtful detail, creating a memorable getaway for a relaxing weekend or remote work location. Enjoy a day on the river with our paddle board or 2 kayaks, and end the day around the firepit. In cool weather, cozy up next to the fireplace. Also, visit nearby towns--St. Michaels, Easton, Oxford, and Chestertown.

Our home is a block away from Canby Park, and is in the family-friendly neighborhood of Bayard Square. The house has all the conveniences you could need, and if you need something, just ask!

"The Townsend" - Hot Tub!

On the way to The Townsend, you'll pass roadside farmstands and open fields. This meticulously restored farmhouse, located on the Cohansey River, features waterfront views in every room in the house so you can unwind, reflect and enjoy the company of family and friends. Outside you'll find a fire pit, hot tub and large field, perfect for outdoor activities. A quick 3 mile drive takes you to the historic town of Greenwich. Built in 1875, this newly renovated two bedroom home, is centrally located in downtown North East. Modern finishes and an open concept living space compliment the original wood floors, clawfoot tub and exposed brick walls. Our home is 2.5 miles from I-95 and one block from North East Community Park, Anchor Marina and the headwaters of the Chesapeake Bay.
