A Chinese take-away a couple of minutes up the road as well as other takeaways in the area. A 14 min drive to the City Centre, Barbican and Hoe. Close to Dartmoor, beaches, golf courses, the A38, St Elizabeth’s House, Elfordleigh and Boringdon Hall. With a bus stop right outside the property.

For an extra pamper we have put a free-standing bath in the main double bedroom with views over the fields beyond! 1 small dog allowed by prior agreement only for a £20 nightly charge.
