The Farmhouse is a Grade II listed stone house over four hundred years old with living space arranged over three floors. Large farmhouse kitchen with Aga and table to seat up to 14. Cosy sitting room with woodburner, TV and DVD. Shared on site facilities include indoor pool, sauna, tennis court, indoor playroom, outdoor play area, gardens. The house sleeps 6 very comfortably with 3 double bedrooms (1x superking, 1 king size and 1 double) and a large open plan kitchen/ dining room with sofa. There are 2 bathrooms and a downstairs loo in the utility room. The large sofa in the living room is comfortable for 6. With a beautiful little sun trap garden.

The quaint towns of Kingsbridge, Totnes, Salcombe, and Dartmouth are nearby.

Cosy One bedroom semi detached annex with private parking and garden. Our cottage is perfect for a quiet winter break storm chasing or a lovely summer break by the sea. Situated near the South West coast path and walking distance (20mins walk 1 mile) to pubs and beaches at Hope Cove and South Milton Sands. Salcombe and Kingsbridge less than 10 mins drive away! We are very happy for you to bring dogs but we request that they are not left at home unattended and that you clean up after them.
