Not far from Skyros town either. Shops are near (bakery and fruit shop at 400m, tavern 200m, laundry 800m, super market at 1, 4 km) and the center of the town is only 5 min away by car. House Bougainvillea has 40m2, a large room with sleeping area, bathroom with W/C and Shower and an open plan kitchen (fridge and cooking facility) and a large terrace (25M2) with chairs and a table, which has view to the sea and Evoia. The view is partly limited through house Pelagos.

Our beautiful property is right next to the beach with a stunning ocean view. The entire house apartment for rent ,has a living area of 110m² big with an additional 65m² of terraces. There are two master bedrooms, one gallery bedroom with double beds and a small room with a single bed. Additionally there are two single sofa beds in the living room. The kitchen comes fully equipped and there are two bathrooms.

Σκυριανό παραδοσιακό σπίτι ιδανικό για ξεκούραστες διακοπές, βρίσκεται στην περιοχή Mαγαζιά μία από τις ωραιότερες παραλίες του νησιού μπροστά στην θάλασσα πλησίον εστιατορίου , cafe, supermarket, δίπλα στο Εργαστήριο Σκυριανών κεραμικών" Σταμάτης Φτούλης". Σε απόσταση 4 λεπτών με τα πόδια βρίσκεται δημοτικό parking και οργανωμένα beach bar. Ο δρόμος που φαίνεται στις φωτογραφίες είναι πεζόδρομος.

Traditional House near the sea with beautiful view, ideal for a family or a group of friends. The house is in our family estate in Kalamitsa bay and it is only 5 minutes walking distance from Kalamitsa beach, where you can also find a taverna and a mini market.
