Our second home is a mix of mid-century modern and "cabin in the woods." It sits on 2 heavily wooded acres and backs up to a mountainside with rock outcroppings. The main living area (living room, dining area, and kitchen) is raised about 4 steps, and the bedroom and bath areas are on the main level. There is one large bathroom with a shower. There is an electric fireplace surrounded by ledge stone in front of the u-shaped built-in sofa. There is abundant reading material & 2 TV's.

TV's in all the rooms, fiber internet, stand alone ice maker & all the amenities you need to enjoy the great outdoors! Quiet neighborhood. Please keep outside noise to a minimum. No large parties or gatherings are allowed.

Fisherman’s home w/ boat dock near Goosepond

The guest house is your lake cottage home away from home. The house is directly on the water with access to dock your boat outside with ample bumpers at the boathouse on property. The location is right around the corner from City Park for loading and unloading and Goosepond Colony. Please note - this rental is not on the lake and does not have lake access, it just overlooks it from across the road. There are three boat launch access areas that are 6 minutes from the property. This cottage overlooks Nickajack lake and is a perfect place to relax! Located outside of Chattanooga, just one mile off exit 161 on I-24. This location has 2 king beds, and a small bunk room (with RV size mattresses)

Free EV charger in premises, plenty parking even if you have a fishing boat . ! Absolutely no smoking in the house if you have to smoke you can do it outside.!
