Living Room has 2 recliners, sofabed, and bunk beds! The kitchen has an Island for eating and making breakfast. Use the Keurig to make your morning coffee & sit in the beautiful sunroom with gas fireplace overlooking the river! The Patio just steps from the river has a fire pit and rocking chairs! Enjoy our Happy Place!

This spacious vacation home is located inside a gated golf course community that feels deep in the forest. Amenities: golf, tennis, pickleball, a hot tub, gym. Close to fishing, kayaking, whitewater rafting, GSMNP, 2 national forests, a casino, restaurants, SMRailroad etc. The house has a large kitchen and den with a pool table and fireplace. The Harvest House is a large 2-story home on acreage, with 3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms. Additionally, there is an area with twin beds for extra sleeping space. The home accommodates 8-10 people comfortably in beds. In addition, there is floor space for extra sleeping. Guests have access to the main resort outdoor pool and hot tub. Enjoy the full service kitchen, screened back porch, creek, and wifi. There is no cable tv, however there are wifi and the TVs with HDMI ports.
