Το Xanemos Studios βρίσκεται 400 m από το λιμάνι. Ακριβώς απέναντι από το ξενοδοχείο βρίσκεται η στάση των λεωφορείων για τις παραλίες. Τα Budget Economy Rooms παρέχουν ότι ακριβώς παρέχουν και τα Studios με θέα ( τηλεόραση, ψυγείο και air condition) η μόνη ιδιαιτερότητα τους είναι ότι δεν έχουν μπαλκόνι και η θέα τους είναι στον τοίχο του ξενοδοχείου.
