The family's connection to the Northwest art movement of Fishtown and Skagit valley artist can be observed on the walls of the home. Enjoy the views and serenity or take the short stroll to downtown. Father and son team have taken great care to update the home with all modern amenities.

The entire upper floor of a home will be yours to relax, enjoy, and explore the area (no shared spaces or shared enterances, but quiet homeowner lives downstairs in a seperate unit). The main living area features 24' vaulted ceilings with large windows that feature stunning views of Skagit Bay. Come and dip your toes in!
