The house is in a quiet area of the main road with beautiful scenery all around. The house is perfect for families and friends travelling together. It is a perfect base-camp while exploring the south coast of Iceland with all its amazing waterfalls and visiting the magnificent Glacier Lagoon Jökulsárlón.

There's a 15 minutes drive to Skaftafell and a 30 minutes drive to Jökulsárlón and Diamond Beach. Great place to stay for those going on hikes or doing glacier tours. Best suited for a couple, a couple with a kid or a small group of friends. Maximum occupancy is 3 persons (regardless of age).

We are 15 km from the main road and the house is in a peaceful place with beautiful mountain surroundings.
