The house is in a housing estate next to the beutiful sandy and sunny beach of Siviri. It is cozy with a big communal yard. It has two bedrooms, a living-room and a kitchen in the same place. It has also a bathroom and a big comfortable balcony. The first room has a double bed and a big closet. The other room has one bunk bed, one single bed and a smaller closet .In the living-room, there is a sofa that can be turned into a comfy double bed and a second sofa. The kitchen is fully functional.

Die Strandpromenade ist etwa 50 Meter entfernt, so dass alle Bars und Restaurants innerhalb von 5 bis 10 Minuten erreicht werden können. Das Apartment ist "Next To The Sea" - es befinden sich keine weiteren Häuser oder Straßen zwischen Apartment und Meer. Das Meeresrauschen begleitet Euch in den Schlaf. Der Strand ist innerhalb einer Minute erreichbar und bietet genügend Platz zum Sonnenbaden.
