Home is centrally located between Washington Island and Egg Harbor. It's within .4 mile walking distance to downtown Sister Bay. Winding Down is the perfect place to enjoy the quiet side of DC. We are walking distance from the Nature Preserve & the shores of North Bay. Located in a beautiful cedar forest that provides a needed respite. Plenty of privacy but also a short drive to Ephraim & Sister Bay.

You and your group will love walking into town for a trip to the beach and park or a meal at any of Sister Bay's fine restaurants and coffee shops. Or just relax on our front deck and read a book, enjoy a beverage and watch the busy hustle and bustle of Door County. Our cottage is perfect for couples, families (with kids) and people traveling with pets.

Forest Sanctuary with access to Lake Michigan. This beautiful & cozy A-frame on Glidden Drive is a perfect retreat/vacation spot in Door County. A five minute walk to Donny's Glidden supper club and sandy beach access. Large indoor fireplace. Three bedrooms and a loft for dedicated work space. The property backs onto 1000 acre nature preserve with miles of trails to explore. We designed the space with all natural materials, and high-end amenities.

This cozy getaway is located in a quiet neighborhood just blocks from dining, shopping, and the waterfront. You can unwind after a busy day exploring all Door County has to offer by streaming a movie or show with high-speed internet, relaxing by the firepit with smores, or taking an evening stroll to enjoy the breathtaking Door County sunset. This property is dog friendly (with a $25 fee per dog per stay) and has a fully fenced-in backyard!
