Es befindet sich im 2 OG im hinteren Teil des Gebäudes, sehr ruhig gelegen Blick ins Grüne mit Balkon ,Parkettboden , High Speed Internet, Bluetooth Lautsprecher . Tiere sind nicht gestattet Reinigungsgebühren von € 40.- sind im Appartement zu bezahlen ! Es ist eine Kurtaxe in Höhe von € 4,50 beim Check - In pP p Tag zu bezahlen.Melde Formular muss ausgefüllt werden.

Few minutes from the centre, Lichtentaler Allee and the casino. Other attractions (thermal baths and Festspielhaus) are within walking distance, by car only a few minutes. Per guest and overnight stay 4,50 € guest tax has to be paid in cash.

This beautiful architect´s house is located in a quiet residential area surrounded by idyllic vineyards and some of the most beautiful paths for hiking or mountain biking start directly in front of the door.
