🌳 Our shepherd’s hut ‘De Lachende Specht’ is tucked away in the woods, offering peace and privacy. From here, you can walk or cycle straight into nature: to nearby sand dunes, lovely villages or wide open landscapes. The lively city of Breda is just 15 minutes by bike. The accommodation has a bathroom, cozy box bed and kitchenette. Enjoy the sounds of birds, playful squirrels and all the greenery around you. Unwind or head out and feel the energy of the outdoors, you’re in for a lovely stay!

Sans services hôteliers : location entre particuliers. Apportez draps, essuies. Ménage départ à votre charge (matériel fourni). Supermarché & aire de jeux à 1 km, plage à 200 m. Taxes de séjour incluses dans le tarif. Possibilité de louer des vélos ou scooter électriques à la réception du parc. La baignade est interdite dans le petit lac.

‘COOL’huisje, te midden van de akkers.

Dit kleine schuurtje op ons erf Hofstede de Boetselaer was vroeger een ‘KOEL’cel voor jonge aardappel planten. We hebben het omgebouwd tot een ‘COOL’huisje om te komen genieten tussen de akkers en aan de West Zeeuws Vlaamse kust. Voor wie opzoek is naar natuur, privacy, weinig prikkels en rust. De tuin wordt bezocht door vele vogels, kwa idee van grote. Van buizerd tot het klein goudhaantje en veel daar tussen in. Met twee aparte badkamers een plus voor twee koppels/vrienden, gezin.

There are nice restaurants and cafes. It is also the perfect base to visit the historic cities of Antwerp, Ghent, Bruges and Mechelen. The house is equipped with every comfort and tastefully decorated. There is a private garden with terrace, BBQ and private parking. Dog allowed.
