Our beautiful shepherd's hut sits in four acres of secluded woodland in rural Hexhamshire. Enjoy the peaceful solitude, with glimpsed views through the mature oaks onto the North Pennines. Surrounded by miles of footpaths, bridleways and moorland, there are walking, cycling and riding options in every direction. Nearby rural pubs offer delicious local ales and fantastic food; or try some home raised, rare breed pork over the firepit grill, then a drink on the raised deck in the evening sun.

You enjoy a self contained annexe with far reaching views of the surrounding countryside. Your accommodation has a private entrance on the ground floor into the sitting room, which has a sofa, dining table and chairs. This beautiful cottage is located in the peaceful town of Allendale and is only a 2 minute walk to pubs & shops. This cottage has been refurbished to the highest standard and was designed specifically for the holiday rental market with Hadrians wall on our door step. It boasts a large kitchen, a cosy living area, 2 double bedrooms and a walk-in shower room. On street parking is free and there is a patio area to the rear of the property which is ideal for a sunny day.
