The kitchen includes hot plates, oven, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster etc, while the apartment is also equipped with a laundry/dryer machine, an iron and ironing board.

Come and enjoy this superb, quiet and unique loft. It is on the top floor, with a view of the Sacré-Coeur on one side, and a flower-filled balcony overlooking the rooftops on the other. The kitchen is well equipped. The living room has a wood-burning stove (also heated by radiators) and a video projector. The bedroom has an ultra-comfortable Queen Size bed. You'll be a 15-20 min walk from Montmartre, in a quiet neighborhood. Enjoy the many restaurants, terraces and theaters.

Au pied de la butte Montmartre, dans le quartier Clignancourt, je vous propose ce studio aménagé par mes soins, atypique, hyper fonctionnel, paisible. Au 5e étage (sans ascenseur) d'un immeuble typiquement parisien, donnant sur cour calme, très lumineux (grandes fenêtres vers l'ouest). C'est un petit havre de paix au milieu de l'agitation parisienne. Dans la mesure du possible je me rendrai disponible afin de vous accueillir moi-même pour vous confier mon logement.

Ce logement est le mien, important de le préciser. C'est mon lieu de vie, ma déco, mon univers. Après l'avoir rénové en 2021 j'ai pris un soin particulier à bien le meubler et le décorer. Le mobilier est scandinave, vintage ou contemporain. Il y a beaucoup de rangements dont certains que je mettrai à disposition des voyageurs. Vous serez à quelques minutes à pieds du Sacré Coeur et du Montmartre historique.
