The Durango/Silverton railroad, the Silverton mining museum, riding or hiking trails and backcountry skiing!

Within 2 - 3 blocks from all restaurants and shops, you'll be hard pressed to find a more convenient location. Starlink internet service and a smart TV. Enjoy the private patio for dining outside. It's a great spot to spread gear out when getting ready for a day adventuring in the mountains. The Guesthouse is accessible from Blair/Empire Street.

We are pet friendly! A $50 pet fee will be charged separately if you bring pets.

This house features 2 bedrooms, 1 1/2 baths, a walk-in shower and fantastic views of Kendall mountain. Not many houses in Silverton offer off street parking but, this one does! There is an enclosed outside patio area with gas grill. Come to Silverton and enjoy the views!!!!!
