There is a decking area to the rear with electric awning. Property has 1 king size bed and 1 bed settee.

Y Beudy is one of our 2 cottages, along with Y Bwthyn, it is a ground level cottage, converted from a stone cowshed with wheelchair access. Open plan lounge with log burner and kitchen/diner, double bedroom, bunk bed bedroom, wet room bathroom & original vaulted ceilings & beams throughout. With a private, enclosed, dog friendly, south facing garden, the views are beautiful. Red Kites circle overhead & the entire property is surrounded by farmland, with 5 acres of our land for you to explore.

Red Kite Cottage is a romantic, peaceful, adult-only couples countryside retreat. Nestled into the rolling hillside with panoramic views over patchwork fields & the Teifi River Valley. Surrounded by green meadows our location is a haven for wildlife with red kites, woodpeckers, hedgehogs & hares frequently seen.

A separate downstairs lounge contains the original oven/stove and has a large window seat providing beautiful views across the valley. Aberdar is perfect for getting away from it all and provides a great base for walking, bird watching or exploring the picturesque counties of Carmarthenshire and Ceredigion.

Nestled amongst acres of working farmland, West Wales Retreat offers tranquillity, space and freedom. Located in the smallholding is Bwthyn Gilfach, a self-catering cottage made for two, with one bedroom. The cottage offers peace and quiet, 6 miles to Aberaeron (5 miles the other way to historic Lampeter).
