This is only 25 minutes from Silay City proper, 25 minutes drive from the airport, 10 minutes' walk away from Magikland Theme Park and the subdivision's chapel and basketball park. Each room has double beds, kitchen, half bath, mirror, table, and chairs. Bigger rooms have at least two electric fans and two double beds with the receiving area.
