Two large stylish bedrooms, opposite beautiful Shoreham Beach. Both are light & airy and have their own seating areas. The beds are 5ft and there is also room for children's beds. We have a travel cot & small mattress should you require. The suite is accessed by a private entrance and has a small partly covered outdoor area at the front. An internal lockable fire door keeps the rooms private from main house. There is no kitchen. It's perfect for a seaside break literally 30 secs from the beach!

'Jellybean' is a lovingly restored 1974 TINY houseboat nestled on the mudflats of an RSPB bird reserve on the West Sussex coast. She is one of the smallest narrowboats in the world- 15ft long and 5ft10” high (PLEASE NOTE THE SIZE). She has all you need to switch off and relax!. The beach is only a 2 minute walk away, and Shoreham by Sea, Worthing and Brighton are all easily accessible. The South Downs Loft We’re situated in the South Downs National Park on the South Downs Way half way between Winchester & Eastbourne. Ideal for those who are walking/cycling the SDW. The loft is bright & comfortable. Ideally for 2 adults, but a 3rd adult/child can be catered for. There is a king bed, kitchenette, shower room, a couple of comfy chairs & tv. Patio doors to a deck, BBQ, with stunning views onto the surrounding fields. Here you can see the free range pigs.
