Our cozy 3 bedroom/2 bathroom cabin is a unique and peaceful place to stay! Only 7 minutes from Downtown Coudersport for all your shopping and dining needs. 20 miles from Cherry Springs Star Gazing. Very close proximity to ATV trails/Pilot Program in season. Our cabin is part of an old 100 acre farm that has 3 ponds you can fish in, hiking trails and woods that you are more than welcome to explore! Our cabin is one of our OFFSITE getaways to our Potter County Family Campground! A/C Available!

Escape to a peaceful cabin retreat in Potter/McKean County on 82 private acres. This cozy space is approximately 3 miles out of the Village of Wellsville. It is very close to Alma Pond, Trout Run Camping Resort, Tall Pines ATV park, and the Wellsville Airport! It is nestled back into the woods, with some great views. The house is spacious, great living room, spacious bedrooms, and kitchen with laundry as well! There is super fast Wi-Fi. there are front and back porches where you can sip your morning coffee, and watch the birds whistle, this is very family friendly!

We are directly across the street from the Allegheny River, which offers great kayaking, fishing, and swimming opportunities. The Usonian Cottage at Lynn Hall

Escape to this historic architectural gem nestled into the hillside overlooking the Allegheny River Valley. The Lynn Hall property, including the cottage, are listed on the National Register of Historic Places and are prime examples of early organic modern architecture. Designed and built in the 1930s by Raymond Viner Hall and his father Walter J. Hall, who was the primary builder of Frank Lloyd Wright’s iconic Fallingwater.

Our property is unique as it sits on a large acreage which includes a private 5-acre pond. Kayaking and fishing(catch and release) are favorites while visiting this great getaway. This newly built home has modern amenities for all to enjoy. This home & property sits on the NY/PA border which makes this an ideal place for hunters to lodge during the active whitetail hunting seasons in both states.
