This quiet, secluded area is the ideal location for any visit, whether in town for business or pleasure. It is just a short drive from iconic LA neighborhoods including Beverly Hills, Santa Monica, Hollywood, Burbank, Universal City, and Downtown. This cozy and quaint neighborhood is endlessly charming, and requires a mutual sense of respect among its inhabitants. Please do not play loud music into the night, especially after 10PM. While no smoking is allowed inside the unit, feel free to do so on the patio with use of the provided ashtray. The studio space is available for a minimum of 2 days and a maximum of 4 weeks. Every stay will be subject to a mandatory, one-time cleaning fee of $50.

VERY PRIVATE/QUIET location overlooking Solstice Canyon Park with ocean and mountain views. We are in a rural, quiet area close to Pepperdine University, Point Dume, Zuma Beach, City Center, Restaurants and Dining. You can surf, hike, visit local wineries, or just chill and enjoy the ambiance and natural landscape. You can inquire about your furry friends (pets - extra fee). Private Entrance Guest Unit (single guest only)

Light and bright furnished guest unit, with a private entrance and its own side yard/outdoor sitting area. Dedicated air-conditioning/heating unit, kitchen (for light cooking with 2 burner portable cooktop/microwave/toaster oven) , organic cotton queen bed, granite counter tops, full size stainless steel frig, as well as slate floors. Bathroom is granite, a double sink and slate shower. Includes 55" TV with cable, and WiFi. Hosts live in the house with active family with dogs that bark.

Tucked away in a peaceful setting with lush landscaping is an oasis away from the hustle and bustle of LA. The Contemporary Cottage has the charm of a country cottage on the outside, with a fresh, contemporary design on the inside with a full kitchen. Or, fire up the patio grill and have a barbecue in a shady garden overlooking your private pool. OPTION: $50 to heat the pool, plus $50 per day to keep the pool heated during your stay, with a 2-day minimum.
