Tucked away on Lake Lamoille in Morristown, this beautiful brand new apartment is just minutes from town and yet offers tranquility and spectacular views. The lake is home to eagles, herons, geese, ospreys and fish! You will see kayakers out there fishing! Stowe Mt and Smuggler’s Notch are both nearby. Breweries, art galleries, restaurants are close by. You can walk or bike to the 93 mile Lamoille Valley Rail Trail from our home. Our shed is available for storing your bikes, kayaks or skis.

Close to many local activities, including Kingdom Trails mountain biking, V.A.S.T. snowmobiling, Burke Mountain Resort and beautiful Lake Willoughby. The full kitchen includes a refrigerator/freezer, range with oven, toaster, coffee pot, silverware, glassware, and cookware. Minutes away from Burke and just a hop off of I-91, this is your start and end to a great day in the NEK. There is a large bedroom and bathroom downstairs with three smaller bedrooms and a small half bath upstairs. There is ample parking and a fenced in yard if you want to bring your dog. There is a stream and hiking trail out back with an active sugar house with tours available upon request. Plenty of wood and a fire pit outside. Starlink internet to upload your adventures at blazing speed!

Internet WiFi should be strong we now have fiber. Poor cell service. NO PETS. Please don't ask.

This property is located less than 2 miles from the epicenter of some of the best biking in the country (Kingdom Trails) and is only a short drive to Burke Mountain.
